这是一个朋友告诉我的，当年他在一所外国人云集的北京高校执教时，一个瑞士学生说没有想到北京是这样的---他一直以为北京是马车当道，没有空调，人人都有一条大辫子。这是一个发达国家来中国留学的学生所说。
这是七年前的事情。可见外国人对中国的不了解。七年过去了，这种状况并没有改变。
无论是CNN辱华，还是法国总理的抵制，既有一些政客的别有用心，更深的背景就是民众对于中国这样的一个国家，中华民族这样的一个民族不理解。
这是每个中国人都知道的一顶帽子---东亚病夫。20世纪初，天津某杂志发出诘问：中国何时能派人参加奥运？中国何时能举办奥运会？这样的一个梦想持续了百年。所以西方国家的民众不知道奥运对于中国人的意义。
这是每个人中国人都熟知的历史---1840年起，中国持续遭受了西方列强的欺凌和侮辱，一百年来持续战乱。每个人的内心都有一种屈辱感，融化在血液里代代相传。每个中国人渴望被尊重，渴望快速腾飞。在每个中国人的眼里，没有比被侮辱更深的灾难。
这是每个中国人都要纪念的节日。30年前的改革开放。从那一刻起，每个中国人就意识到强大自己比什么都重要。安定和团结比什么都重要。当分裂的旗帜打起，当邪恶以正义的名义横冲直撞并且得到了西方广泛的同情的时候，引起每个中国人的警觉。
这不是自上而下的压制，也不是关在铁屋子里的蒙昧，他发乎人们的内心，不断成长。所以有生以来我收获了最多的短信---抵制家乐福。发这些短信的人，有普通民众，也有多年在西方留学的人士。
我赞成抵制家乐福。不赞成白岩松等人拒绝抵制的倡议
----当然每个人有不抵制的自由，所以你可以说我不抵制，但不要反对抵制。
----抵制不是为了抵制本身，不是为了抵制中国人制造内讧，而是一种姿态，一种血性，一种对于傲慢和无知的法国人的反动。这是捍卫国家尊严我们能做的不多的事情之一。
----这个国家需要理性。但不能摇头晃脑每天呼吁理性。除了理性，我们还应该有一些激情。这些激情本身不是潘多拉盒子的魔鬼，倒是对国家事情不闻不问才是魔鬼，据说有的艺术家导演，害怕艺术被政治干预，害怕影响国外对他作品的认可和评价，害怕自己是义和团暴民而拒绝发表任何态度，生怕那些态度的表达让他成为西方媒体的邪恶---可是究竟是谁的邪恶？对在巴黎街头的中国人说：滚回你们中国；对看CNN的中国人说：你们的产品是垃圾，你们50年来是暴徒。
我们沉闷的太久，我们关注自己太久，除了自己的生活，我们一直以为那是我们生活的真相，全部。但那不是。
而那些似乎飘渺在庙堂之上的少数精英们，他们似乎觉得自己已经完全成为一个国际人，你看不到他们任何表情，但却听到他们极其厌恶地说：你们这些民族主义者，不要再给我转发那些抵制家乐福的短信了罢 7. april 花花草草因为上海很难找到新鲜BASILIC 和 SAUGE (用于西餐料理).于是,我开始了种植物的初次体验,这两种植物需要在室温15度是开始培育,将种子放在浸湿棉花PAD上面,用保鲜膜盖上,温暖和湿润是他们的喜性.前段时间气候忽冷忽热让我为他们也担心起来,开心的是很快BASILIC 开始发芽了,SAUGE 还是纹丝不动. 接下来第二步,把发芽的种子移到花盆里,每天晚上浇足够的水.他们需要很多很多水也需要很多很多的爱, 开始我就不断的付出,后来发现原来过分的溺爱竟然起了反效果! BASILIC 因为水太多停止发育并开始腐烂了!!! 原本很多的小芽现在只有一棵还活着了:( 天气开始稳定,每天15度以上的室内温度让SAUGE 也开始发芽,吸取之前的教训,这次我不敢放太多水了! 很开心,有两个已经开始茁壮成长了!
过不了多久,我们就可以用它来煮美味的PASTA 吃了:)
1. april 牵挂，思念和被思念从小就是一个被宠坏的小孩子，第一代独生子女的怀脾气和自私都曾在我身上有过。第一次开始牵挂别人还是10年前的那场初恋，开始知道会担心别人但是还是不懂得如何关心一个人，只知道被思念的感觉很好，但是开始思念一个人的时候却总是带着无理的任性。 渐渐的开始懂得父母的牵挂，开始体会思念的味道，才开始学会怎么样去关心一个人，那种感觉是连心的。当你在被别人思念的时候，正是被别人需要的时候，但是当他们需要你，而你却不在他们身边的时候，那种懊恼和担心汹涌而至。
新加坡炒米粉材料准备：卷心菜，香菇，胡萝卜，红色小辣椒，小葱 切成细丝
大蒜压碎，
2个鸡蛋，加入几滴麻油，日本鲜酱油，少许盐和鲜辣粉
干鱿鱼丝，虾米，米粉浸湿
调味料：麻油，李锦记耗油，鲜辣粉，盐，日本鲜酱油
油热锅，先放入大蒜（碎末）炒香，放入小葱，辣椒丝， 胡萝卜丝和香菇丝炒，然后放卷心菜丝，鱿鱼丝和虾米，炒好之后乘出来放在一边
加入油，热了后炒鸡蛋不要太老，然后把之前炒好的菜倒入，同时加入浸泡好的米粉。加入耗油，盐，酱油，再加入一杯温水， 开始捞米粉，捞啊捞，等水分差不多蒸发了，也就差不多了，尝尝味道如何。
21. marts 随便写写今天一早送FRANCO 去机场遇上了外环线的大堵车,原本45分钟的路程整整开了1个半小时! 体验了上海的交通状况,很多拥堵都是人为原因造成的,人们往往不知道最左边的道是快车道,在各个车道上穿来穿去...大卡车为什么总要在高峰时间里插一脚? 交通警只顾罚单忘了维持一下交通:( 回来也一样,好不容易到了静安寺就已经中午时分. 下了车去附近的久光百货逛,7楼在搞特卖, 看中一件MAX STUDIO 的真丝连衣裙非常ELEGENT, 1980 元 打3折! 可惜最后我还是没有买,因为黑色的晚礼服已经很多了,而且实在想不出有什么场合适合它:( 屏住了!

25. februar 感激今天一早醒来，就觉得心情很爽，感觉充满了动力。这要感激我的朋友们，我要感谢一直陪伴我成长的IRENE， 我要感谢给我心灵鸡汤的JESSICA，要感谢不断鼓励支持我的Franco. 在北京的AMANDA，还有我的父母，我的校友兼好友Helen，还有很多的朋友，。。。为了你们的我也应该保持积极乐观的态度。 我想给你们一个大大的拥抱。
21. januar Sihanouk ville beachAs I insisted to call several hotel before we leave Phnom Penh. Franco agreed that I can call, no doubt, most of guest house and hotel which recommended by lonely planet are fully booked, only one still has room available, so I booked and I feel very secure as we have a back up at least. The guy who pick up my phone sounds not like local people but western. Here very often, western people invest and run resto. hotel ..., they are the main reason to increase the price which not match this country at all, poor people still poor, those western got most of benefit from its high margin.
After 4.5 hrs,we finally reached Sihanouk ville, same as every where, those Tuk tuk and motobike badger with you all the time, really annoying. After checked the map, 1 km to the beach, Franco and I decided to walk. Thanks to my umbrella and cow boy straw hat, I feel not so bad under the sun. We arrived the serendipity beach and start to visit those guest house, there is no guest house or Hotel exactly on the beach, I was hot and hungry, I started to complain with Franco again, which made him angry. I know sometimes I was unreasonable, I am Shanghai girl:( He said you are such spoiled brads. We had agreenment, go to the hotel which I booked directly. It's very close to the Ocheuteal beach, whic is the most popular beach as well. The owner of the hotel is an American man, very strange,not friendly. The room is quite ok, however, we found lots of mosquito in the room and toilette, the windows are broken, couldnt close properly , Franco closed the door of the bathroom, and killed at least 20 mosquito, I killed 4-5 and still many in the room. We asked for changing room, the guy said, that's not possible to find mosquito here. I slept there last room, no single mosquito. This really made us uncomfortable,then he said, there is no other room available,we can spray your room when u go to the beach and close the window from outside, when u will come back, there will no any mosquito.
ok,fine, both of us feel a little bit uncomfortable,but said nothing and left for the beach. The beach is nice, I like it very much,very active, lots of resto.and pubs just along the beach, we enjoyed there and watched sunset. Very beautiful sky and sea,very fine sand. Big umbrella and the seats are free for using, food in SHAKE is very good, price is acceptable(we used to accept that price now。。。start from 2$，in Thailand will much cheaper...anyway...) I had Amoke fish and Curry vegetable, delicious.at night, we back to the same resto. Their BBQ really attractive,we had BBQ prawn and BBQ barracuda, very nice!
On the way back to our hotel, we saw many nice guest house,so we went there to take a look and ask for the price, 20-20$ you can have very nice and clean room already. We found we really good,so we decided to change hotel next day. When we back to our hotel, we found, there are still many mosquitos and also the windows still not closed properly, obviously that they didnt spray our room... Franco and I decided to move right now,even they will ask us for the money. He went to talk to the American man alone and when he back, he said'YE!', the guy is so arrogant,he said it's difficult to find an accomodation now,if you want u still can stay here...Shit, we dont care! We already found a very nice Bungalow which only cost 20$/night. Here highly recommend this 'Ocheuteal beach guest house'

Siem Reap-Phnom Penh-Sihanouk villeThe road from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh is quite good, 4.5 hrs , 4.5 $/ person bus with A/C pick up from the hotel. Dragon travel agency is reliable. No necessary to take VIP bus which cost 9-10$. Pick up not on time, we suppose to leave at 7:30, however it departed only 8:30.
When the bus arrived the central market of Phnom Penh,lots of driver of Tuk tuk just wait there and ask for the high price to take u to the hotel. Franco and I argued many times about the hotel booking, his opinion is not book anyting and just go there and choose one we like to stay. That's made me unsecure, I still prefer to book in advance,as it's high season, very often is the hotel are fully booked, but this time, we compromised, after dropped from the bus station, we took tuk tuk to 'Bodhitree', which is recommended by Lonely planet. However it was really disappointing about their attitude. As they are fully booked and only few luxury rooms available,cost 42$ and 70$/night, which we dont feel it's worthy. The tuk tuk driver also made me mad. He asked for 3 $ instend of 1 $. People here just so greedy. I insisted not giving him one more penny. The staff of the guest house will never stand behind you but always help those drivers. As I insisted that either you take one dollar, or you will get nothing, so he finally accepted. Franco and I agreed before, some times, we need one act as black face the other as red face. After that, we refused to stay in that guest house and decided to walk to the river side. We were happy to leave that place, and I dont really trust lonely planet after that.
Lukily, there are plenty of guest of near the river side, Paragon hotel also not as good as imagin, the room which they have cost 30$ no river view, room are small and not very nice. They are famouse because of the recommendation from Lonely planet. We visited the guest house one by one, there are 2 hotel we quite like it. Finally we chose to stay in COZYNA HOTEL, 30$/night with private balcony, seaside view. Very nice staffs,good services. Franco decided to stay there again when we will back from Sihanouk ville 2 days after. And there is 20$ room available which also nice condition, just no private balcony and room is smaller, but still fine for us:)
We bought bus ticket ( bus company Sorya is recommended) to Sihanoukville from agency, 4.5 $ pick up from hotel. Still pick up late, depart 8:10 instead of 7:30
Siem Reap / Angkor Wat 吴哥窟My opinion , not worthy to stay 2 days for Angkor Wat, one day trip is enough,also dont need go to the temple which is very far. We tooke 1 hour Tuk tuk and really disappointed by the small temple,then u can save 20$ticket and 15$TUK TUK.We could save 55$ in total though:(
It is really exciting experience, get up at 4:30am, take bicycle ride maybe 45 mins in the dark ,go to phnom bakheng to watch sun rise. Enjoy the fresh morning and less crowded environment.
1.11.2008 BKK-POIPET-SIEM REAP/CAMBODIAGeneral speaking, I dont like Cambodia much,especially their people. the whole country is no order, people are greedy. Warning to those who want to go to Cambodia through BKK, please make visa in BKK in advance, otherwise, the border police will ask you for more money. we were asked for 1000 THB/ person for the visa which only need 20$ in the case. Finally we paid 25 $ each. From BKK, you take Bus from Northern bus station in BKK(near Mo Chit) 200THB/ ticket, very good condition bus with A/C.Good service. then you took tuk tuk( they asked for 40 THB,which I think it's stupid) only 10 mins to reach to the board, dont believe any body who stop u on the way to the border, dont trust them, you pass the immigration of Thai and go directly to the border. cross the border if you have visa already. there is bus and private taxi you can choose to go to Siem Reap. You have to bargain with them. we paid 35$ for 3 people for a Taxi to Siem Reap. The road condition is very bad...
The stree busy much more than u imagine,lots of super star hotels and one street full of PUBs and resturants. Lukcy we met the Japanese guy in the border, we followed him to his hotel-BOPHA , close to the old market, the decoration of the hotel I am so fond of it! 53$/night for a superior room with breakfast included. The price here surprised me, more expensive in Thailand, but the quality is far to compare ... after 10hours trip, we decided to enjoy our 2nd day in the hotel and the town.

Hippy street,China townBoat trip and WAT POBoat ticket: 15THB/person-20THB/person with english instroduction on the boat. After u visit those temples, please be careful about the taxi driver there, they all charge more than 200THB and not use meter. We dont like that area at all, very annoying,so we prefer walk a little bit far and take TAXI-METER
